New technologies in media and information collection
now allow information catchment aread (ica's) to
become de-centralized. This allows a culture with a
rich heritage such as south africa to use the
traditional oral history in an active technological
environment in order to become more acessible.
The Central Information Catchment Organisation (CiCo)
has its end goal as one of a information
collector/archiver through the newest possible
technologies and to store this information for future
generations.
